New Grocery Shop Opens In Wisbech

Wisbech has welcomed another new business with the opening of Baltic International Food at 50/52 Hill Street, at the rear of the Horsefair’s Carphone Warehouse.

The food shop stocks an extensive range of groceries, including fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. It also has an off-license.

Ferhat Aras, owner of Baltic International Food, commented: “Prior to this, we had a store in Littleport so I’m very pleased to now be opening a business in Wisbech. We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone with our friendly service”.

Kevin Smith, president of the Wisbech and District Chamber of Commerce, was delighted to see a new store opening in the town: “I’m so pleased to welcome Ferhat and his team to Wisbech. They have worked extremely hard to convert this vacant premises into a very attractive and well-stocked grocery store. On behalf of Wisbech and District Chamber of Commerce, we wish him every success.”

The store will be open seven days a week from 8am until 11pm.
